All standard features including toll-free dictation lines at no extra cost.

Standard pricing and low flat rate for all specialties, regardless of complexity.

Billing is done at the end of the month, with 30 days provided for payment.

All dictations shall be transcribed and the documents made available to you the following business day (12-24 hours from the time of receipt).

EXCEPTION: Please note that dictations received over the weekend will be transcribed and delivered the following Monday, typically early in the morning.
